Scidetech ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Contact and inquiry forms. When you submit a form on this site we store the details you provide — name, email, company, phone, and your message — so we can respond to your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Discovery-call bookings. Bookings are handled by Calendly, which processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.

Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand how the site is used. No personal data is collected and no cross-site tracking takes place.

How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a contract requires otherwise.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is processed on servers within the EU. Service providers we use (hosting, email delivery, scheduling) process data only as needed to provide their service.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@scidetech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
